Effective integration of intelligent instruments and meters with international standards

A solution to the difficulties in China's instrument and meter industry, to jointly promote the future development of the industry.

The domestic instrumentation industry has always been applied in traditional service markets, such as metallurgy, thermal power, and other industries. With the rapid changes in market demand, more and more new industries are emerging, and new technologies such as the Internet of Things and smart grids are developing rapidly. The demand for food, drug safety, and other fields is also receiving high attention. The country has put forward stricter requirements for energy comprehensive utilization and environmental protection, and the economic development environment is changing. These provide a broad market and new development opportunities for the ship spare parts industry.

According to statistics, the value of advanced instruments and equipment imported from abroad every year is nearly 600 billion yuan, of which instruments and equipment with high-end technology or involving * are prohibited from entering the Chinese Mainland. This situation forces domestic instrument and meter enterprises to change their original research and development model and develop towards the direction of researching and producing high-end analytical instruments.

Intelligent manufacturing equipment is a collective term for various types of manufacturing equipment with perception, decision-making, and execution functions. According to the understanding of Sirui Measurement, during the 12th Five Year Plan period, breakthroughs will be made in nine key intelligent basic common technologies, the research and industrialization of eight intelligent measurement and control devices and components will be promoted, the integration and innovation capabilities of eight major intelligent manufacturing equipment will be enhanced, and the demonstration and application promotion in the six major fields of the national economy will be promoted.
